Meridian is a new community that was developed a couple of years ago adjacent to Circle C. Most of the major builders, Newmark, David Weekley, Meritage, Standard Pacific,Wilshire, etc., are building in Meridian. Lot sizes range from builder to builder, but they have just about anything a buyer would want in a new home community. There are parks, walking/jogging trails, a community pool. There are plans for a new elementary shcool in the near future. Estate sized lots and homes are in the plans, but have not yet been developed. This is already a great community, and it will only get better with age. There are beautiful trees on most of the lots and the builders work with you to keep as many of them as possible. You have easy access to 45/Mopac with a straight shot to downtown Austin. Set up a Custom Home Search! ♦ Sell your Meridian Home!
