Falconhead is on the south end of Hwy 620 between Lakeway and Hwy 71 W. To get here one would travel west from Austin on Hwy 71 W, RR 2222, or Hwy 183N until they reach Hwy 620. If traveling on Hwy 71W you would turn right, and from the other RR 2222 and Hwy 183N you would turn left on Hwy 620. Where to shop near FalconheadThere is no shortage in places to shop near Falconhead. The nearest shopping would be at Target or Home Depot just a short distance the the south of the community on 620. Travel a bit farther south, you will find the Hill Country Galleria and the Shops at the Galleria. Here you will find shops like Dillards, Old Navy, Lowe's, Chico's and many other shops. Restaurants near FalconheadFor places to eat at Falconhead, you have many choices. You can go north on 620 and find Cielos's, a wonderful Italian place with lots of character. There is another Italian place,Rocco's, a Flores and a several fast food chains. If you go south of Falconhead, you will find a Chickfila and Chili's.
