If you want major shopping, you would have to travel to the Hill Country Galleria or the shopping area at Brodie Lane and the 71/290 intersection. Here you will find the Satellite Cafe, Mangiere's Pizza, and Waterloo Ice House. All three of these restaurants are great but are all quite different. Satellite Cafe is a little more trendy in style and foods than the other 2, but it serves up good food. Mangiere's offers up some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. The pasta dishes and the sandwiches pretty good also. Waterloo Ice house has a real good burger and fries. The rest of the menu is tasty also. If you want to drive a little farther, there are some great eateries at the corner of Brodie Lane and Slaughter Lane. Here you will find Maudie's TexMex, Brickoven Pizza, and several others.
