Circle C Homes in Southwest Austin

Circle C is one of the most sought out neighborhoods in Austin.  Upon entering the subdivision from Slaughter Lane, you find a long boulavard with a center median full of crepe myrtles. The entrance is just beautiful in the spring and summer.  There are so many amenitites offered for the neighborhood, two pools, walking trails, a great amenity center and a golf course!   Circle C was first developed about 20 years ago and has been a favorite for home buyers since the 1st home was built.  Homes in Circle C range in size from about 1600 square feet to about 4000 square feet, with prices starting somewhere around $225K to $500K.  There are many different small areas or communities within Circle C.  All the various small neighborhoods have different personalities, some gated, one area with tile roofs and smaller lots, some backing to the golf course.  There is sure to be an area you will fall in love with.   Circle C offers both resale homes and new homes.  There are several national builders that are still building in the Circle C area.  Contact me to discuss all your possibilities for a home in Circle C.

Where is Circle C?

Southwest Austin is home to Circle C.  To get to this neighborhood, you should take Mopac south until you reach Slaughter Lane.  After turning right at Slaughter Lane, Circle C's entrance will be to your left at the 2nd traffic light at Escarpement.

Circle C area Shopping

Circle C shopping is evolving.  The new Escarpment Village Shopping center is home to several good resturants and a growing list of shops and spas.  H.E.B. is there for your grocery shopping needs.

Restaurants Around Circle C

Escarpment Village in the Circle C area has several great places to have a bite to eat.  My favorite is the little Italian eatery, Mangiere.  The pizza is awesome and the pasta is great!  If you are craving a burger and fries, you must visit Waterloo Ice House.  They make a great burger and also have live music some evenings.  The playground area there is also great for the children to play and the adults can visit with friends.  Then last but not least, there is the Satellite Cafe.  They have a varied menu and I have never had a bad meal here.  Down Slaughter Lane to the right of Circle C, crossing Mopac you will find some fast food eateries such as WichWich?, Wendy's, and Taco Bueno.  If you travel a few more blocks east, your will find Maudies Tex Mex, Brick Oven Pizza, Whataburger, and other fast food chains.  There is a pretty good Greek place there also.  There will never be a lack of something to eat!!
