Brodie Springs is a new community just north of Shady Hollow. The subdivision has large homesites with mature trees, wide streets and backs to 30 acres of dedicated green space. There are 2 homebuilders in this community, Grand Haven and Taylor Morrison. Prices range from the mid $300's to the $600's with square footage from 2200 to 4700.
