We have a lot to offer someone moving in from anywhere in the world. We sit on the edge of the Hill Country and this gives us the beautiful rolling hills that are to the west side of our fabulous city. All through these hills you will find subdivisions like Barton Creek,Cat Mountain,Senna Hills, Davenport Ranch and many more. Then we have Lake Austin and Lake Travis with many waterfront communities including Lakeway, Rough Hollow,Lakepoint, River Place and so many more. In Central Austin you will find , as in most cities, the older quaint neighborhoods like Hyde Park, Pemberton Heights and Brykerwoods along beside high rise condos and new construction . South of the downtown area, you will find the trendy SoCo (South Congress) and SoLa (South Lamar) areas with new condo communities mixed in with homes built in the early to mid 1900's. This area is home to lots of Austin's trendy shops and restaurants. Continue south and you will find many great neighborhoods from which you can choose. To name a few, Circle C Ranch, Onion Creek, Legend Oaks and so many that I do not have space to name them all These range from older to brand new depending upon your personal preference with pricing ranging from the mid $100's and up. Outside the city on all sides there are great communities, Leander, Cedar Park, Roundrock, Pflugerville, Georgetown,Elgin, Manor,Bastrop, Lockhart, Buda, Kyle and San Marcos, to name a few. Contact me to find out more about any of these communities. West Austin and its NeighborhoodsThe area on the west side of Austin is very different from the east side in the fact that it is hilly and rocky. The neighborhoods on the west of the city all seem to wind around the hillsides and have streets with high hilltops and low valleys. The hilltop homes usually offer extremely great view of the surrounding hillside. Some of these neighborhoods are Barton Creek, Barton Creek West, Senna Hills, Rollingwood, Davenport Ranch, just to name a few. Southeast Austin and its Neighborhoods Along the southeast side of IH 35, you will find some great neighborhoods. One really stands out in my mind when I think of southeast Austin. That community would be the golf course community of Onion Creek. There are a few others that come to mind also, Parkside at Slaughter Creek, Berdol Farms, Los Cielos, Springfield, and McKinney Park. South Austin and its Neighborhoods South and south central Austin has many neighborhoods, some that have been around for a long time and some newer ones that have been developed in the last 10 years or so. Communities in this area are Castlewoods, Tanglewood Forest, Independence Park, Cherry Creek, Mira Monte, Western Trails, and many more. Southwest Austin and its NeighborhoodsWhen one speaks of southwest Austin, one neighborhood always comes to mind and that is Circle C Ranch. Circle C is a wonderful community with great amenities, but they are not the only game in town. Other communities you should consider are Shady Hollow with its large homesites and grand old trees, Brodie Springs, Southland Oaks, Sendera, Legend Oaks and last but not least The Villages of Western Oaks.
